"MINA PERHONEN" skirt
Mina Perhonen - more poetry than textiles, more art than clothing. Every detail is important and, as it is common for the Japanese, a whole lifetime can be dedicated to perfect that detail. All Minä Perhonen patterns are made by Akira Minagaw hands, and then carefully moved or embroidered in the materials that this brand weaves, dyes, and embroiders in its small factory. It is no longer the production of clothing. It's meditation.
Mina means "I" and Perhonen "butterfly". Butterfly motifs are also reflected in the creator's logo and clothing patterns.
