Based in Tokyo, Japan, GASA* designs their products

designer Mie Igarashi, GASA* uses the elements and techniques of ethnic
costumes while incorporating new technology in their designs. By also making
their original fabric from natural materials, GASA* creates their items fully,
from dresses to the accessories, and proposes a singular, meticulously crafted
layered look. The brand receives its name from the Spanish word for Gauze, a
delicate but strong natural fabric that has many uses. GASA* designs and
manufactures their unique clothing in reflection of that.
